During arrest admits to taking prescription narcotics while operating a motor vehicle (a confession - do you need more than that to find guilt?)

Refuses to take blood tests (sign of guilt according to law enforcement & used by the judges every day to find people guilty)

Actually was driving 50mph in a 70mph zone.
Sounds like something out of Fast Times at Ridgemont High/Stoner movie.

Would you expect a person of such high status to know that it is a danger to himself and others on the highway to operate a motor vehicle while on heavy narcotics? I believe the answer is yes.

This clearly is in violation of the judges canons (code of conduct and ethics) yet no one within the judicial branch will discipline one of their own. I believe most of you would agree that the judges could actually commit murder and get away with it.

He served as member of Alabama legislature (no shocker there as they pass the laws they are not held to).

Once more, proven that those who are in charge believe they are above the law and that the law does not apply to them.

Rarely do those who make the laws have to live by them.

More information to come as it is presented to me...
